Well, he's already bought the Abarth, but if I was looking at Fords, I would look hard at the Fiesta ST. Having driven a Focus ST, the Fiesta is supposed to only be better, assuming you don't need the extra room.

Yeah they just don't sell them in an auto otherwise I would have strongly considered them.
The Abarth has been great and the wife absolutely loves. We call it the mad mouse. It is the funniest thing to hear that angry exhaust and turbo spool coming from that tiny car. I am having a really really hard time not modding the hell out of it but since it only has 500 miles on it I figure I should wait. Must resist.
