Two things:
1.) The guy crossed the double yellow at the overlook. That's about as big of a fail as you can commit.
2.) Too bad that car won't get near it's power band up there... And who would prefer Foothills Parkway over the Dragon?! Has he ever heard of Cherohala Skyway?

1. is where I stopped watching. He wasn't going that fast to start with and then he can't stay on his own side of the road? Sorry!

Real genius. Taking shots before driving 129. I hope he is somewhere else when I get there.

Anyone who has more fun at the Grand ol' Opry vs. driving the Dragon in a GT3 is mental. Who said this was a good video ? 1st and 2nd gear road is a bit extreme, perhaps he had too much traffic in front of him, I wouldn't see the need to be in 1st gear anywhere on the Dragon. The Foothills Parkway is a nice scenic drive, I think that is all he was looking for. He should consider trading in that GT3 for a Range Rover.

GT3 has really long gears. I could see him using 1st a little in the hairpins.

its not ALL switch backs. Its not ALL 1st and 2nd gear. the road IS better then the tourist section- although killboy's business is epic. stay at any one of the other hotels there.

i want to drive your porsche.

there you go.

Dude was more focus on enjoying his car, not the roads. Also, he seems to be the kind of driver that would rather go fast on the easy stuff than have fun with the challenge of the switchbacks. Not my kind of driver or video host for that matter.
