Does anyone know how Honda fitted the pre-facelift front lower lip / splitter from factory?

Were they riveted on or were they fitted with those clips containing a captive nut / threaded collar for bolts?

I know there should have also been a weather strip as well, right?

No one have any input on this? Does someone have a factory fitted lip and can check? Cheers.

Weather strip yes.

They use the same hardware that's involved with connecting the bumper to the undertray

I added one on so wasn't from factory which contains the collar with the captive nut but as you mentioned this I guess you know that already.
