Default Side marker not working but turn signal does

One day, I noticed my side marker (passenger) was out so I purchased a new set of bulbs to replace both but they are still not working.

Current state -

Turn signal (both front and back) works fine.
My blinker does not blink faster but at a normal rate.
Only one side of side marker (passenger) is not working

Any idea how this is happening?

Thanks in advance

Loose/broken wire to the side marker? Or a bad marker socket? Put a meter on it.

Might be out of blinker fluid.

Blinker fluid is only sold in New Jersey.

I use Mobil 1 blinker fluid and my level has not gone down at all. The inside of my blinkers are pristine too with no filament residue buildup on the bulbs.

Yeah. Trying to source a 9v battery for the meter so I can test it out. Do you have any idea where the other end of the wire is attached to? I have the manual but it does not have much info about the side marker

No fuse associated with non-functioning light?

There's a relay that controls the turn signals, side markers and emergency flashers. It's the under dash fuse box, the biggest relay is the one in question. It could be the switch, unlikely but it's possible. Most likely an open wire going to the side lamp connector. The passenger side marker light gets power from a green/yellow wire, and is grounded by a black wire. It's a two terminal connector, and goes to common ground G201.
