Stoptech street performance if you can stand a little dust. About as much dust as a late 2000's BMW or benz pad. Non corrosive. Washes easily. Will hold up to very mild track use. Great street pad.

Or powerstop Z23 if you're looking for very low dust semi performance street pad.

Either one is cheap at rock auto. Rotors are cheap there too.

The only benefit of AP1 pads, at least from my experience and my understanding was that it dusted A LOT less but overall inferior to AP2 pad.

Dude, everything you made me read just now, had 20% of the people say AP1 is better and the rest confirm what I said before. I could be wrong but concensus are AP2 dust more and grip better in cold.... Possibly deal with heat better too.

I could be wrong but, it just seems that way from both of the threads you gave me to skim through.

AP1 pads were less dusty. AP2 pads were more dusty and had more bite.

I believe that AP1 pads were ceramic and AP2's were semi-metallic.

Doesn't matter. Aftermarket pads work better and cost less.
