Default Side mirror fix

Hi everyone. I have a 03 with a passenger side mirror that is slightly bent downward and leaves a 0.5cm gap where the mirror arm attaches to the door. The mirror doesn't move at all. I bought the car in November and it came that way. I am looking for someone who can figure out a way to bend it back to straighten it. I'll post a picture if anyone wants to see what I am describing.

It seems like the door is bent. I removed the door panel and tightened the mirror post screws and it didn't move. Anyone know of a body shop that could bend it back would be appreciated. I have pictures below.
