I guess we will find out how powerful a lobbying group SEMA (amongst others) are at fighting this nonsense.

It contradicts itself. They probably had a dozen interns write it and pasted it all together. It won't go through. The racing community has to stand up to this.

I work with the USEPA quite a bit. They can be pretty screwed up.
