Spring Drive '16: Saturday, April 30th
As promised, listed below are details for our spring drive this year. It's a good time to repeat this drive organized by adrs2k a few years ago. We will be driving to Payson/Mogollon rim area and back. It's a nice drive to Payson and the Rim at a leisurely pace on scenic highways out and back. The weather should be cool enough as we will be at altitude in Payson and beyond. We should be back in the Valley by late afternoon. So review the details below and sign-up if interested and I will add you the first post which will serve as the post for all updated information. Drive route leaders will be 2 old farts - Brutus and s2k4life_az!
Driving Route: Payson - Mogollon Rim - Willow Springs Lake - Tonto Natural Bridge
Meet location: Starbucks, 1229 E McKellips Rd, Mesa, AZ 85203
Meet up time: 7:30 a.m.
Leave time: 8:00 a.m.
We will buy food at Safeway in Payson and drive out to the Willow Springs Lake. Once there, we will eat lunch there, enjoy the outdoors and drive back to Payson.

Approx. 230 miles
