new owner intro from Seattle
Hi, everyone!
Just wanted to say hello and looking forward to being able to hopefully contribute ideas and help to the community. Just recently picked up an AP1 that needed work but cars are always a love/hate relationship. Patience is everything and I know we can all probably relate on that. I'm sure you all have a vast amount of knowledge on s2000's so I'm pretty excited in reading what I can or even meeting and talking about some interests.

Picked up a silver AP1 but it is plastidipped white (praying that the silver is still good under). So far, it's been rough, haha. I bought the car then was just daily driving and the axle busted from the spider. So week 1 was tough :/ It could have been worse because i thought it was the diff that gave out. I'm glad that it turned out to be just the axle. So i swapped it and had it on the road again. Yesterday i failed emissions, which was weird. Car wasn't kicking a CEL or anything but the technician pulled 3 codes so i'm going to try and figure out what's going and how i can fix it.
Needs a bit of work but it runs good. I don't race it or drive it hard, i just like cruising and having that extra bit of power when i need it. My other car is a prius, so that might explain itself when it comes to driving fast. I really like the car though. Always liked the car since Johnny Tran was driving a black one in Fast and the Furious. lol.

Glad you enjoyed it. It usually makes people laugh. I also tell people I have at least a hundred grand under the hood lol.
