No, the EP3 front buckles won't go though the hole in the seat but depending on how high your side bolsters are, they may be accessible between the tunnel and seat. See attached pic. You also have to mount the EP3 buckles, bolted to the inside of the outboard rail, again see attached pic. This is how I attached them to Recaro Poles though, other seats may require fettling in another manner.

Don't mount the buckle as in your photo, with the buckle pointing rearward and add a flexible belt buckle, as in an accident the buckle will pivot and the seatbelt will go slack and I'm sure you can guess what will happen next !

The last picture was just to show how far out the OE buckle was, to illustrate why I couldn't use it (and also why a buckle extender would be dangerous).

Still no further on then, as there is not enough room for the buckle to fit between the tunnel and the seat with these versions of the PPs (even if I wanted to do it like that) .

Ideally, I want to find one on a wire that is the same female buckle size as the S2000. It says A7 on the buckle, so I presume that is the reference I'm looking for.

Just found this:

If the buckle size is the same (will measure mine tonight), then would be ideal.

Those leather PP looks awesome Mike, do you sit any different in the ABE version compared to the regular version?
Which one do you prefer? I'm looking to buy one myself but will probably go for fabric.

I have front EP3 buckles lying in my garage if you need exact measurements but looking at your picture above I would say they wont be the best choice.
They look like the stock s2k ones but with a longer metal bracket.

The ABE one is fractionally wider, but I have never sat in the passenger seat, hence why I didn't realise it was different.

It wasn't until they were out of my old car and sat side by side in my hall way that I even realised I had a sort after ABE version. I really wish they were both this size, as then I wouldn't have any issues fitting them LOL.
