I ate too much!
Did you have too much to eat? What did you have? Was it worth it? How do you feel?

Oh, this is just another Bill thread in which you post clever rejoinders to the posts of unsuspecting old car enthusiasts, isn't it?
But I had meatloaf, stuffing, and a nice salad. Leftovers. Portions were modest.

Well I killed it. After a huge lunch of Caesar salad, roast beef sandwich, lobster roll and chicken panini I also had dessert, a bag of chips and then a raisin cookie for a snack. Then for dinner, I had a plate full of appetizers, followed by another Caesar salad, lobster bisque and line-caught cod on a bed os spinach followed by a plate of desserts. I also drank two gin and tonics.
I hate all day business meetings.

Man, my heart just bleeds for you Bill. oh the torment and torture.
After golf yesterday we went to Ted's Montana Grill.
I too had a Caesar salad which was followed by a Bison rib-eye, medium rare, a sweet potato with butter and cinnamon sugar and steamed asparagus.
I regret the Sprite with it and all its damn calories.

Honestly, my job kills my health programs when I get real busy. Lots of sedentary work, lots of food, no exercise. I do well when I can control my environment. But I easily cave to food related peer pressure. Hell, it isn't even the pressure. The availability is all I need.

Since this is confession, I blew the diet all day long yesterday. Started the day with ½ of a huge bagel and a large pile of scrambled eggs. Coney & fries for lunch. Walleye, cod, mac & cheese for dinner. Small bag of chips at the next stop, followed by some of the wife’s idea of junk food late in the evening when we got home (goofy mix of dried cherries and a variety of unsalted nuts). Over the course of the evening probably had a half dozen Jim Beams. I will try to be better today but I know we are going out again with the family for my son’s birthday, so it won’t be easy.

Yesterday:
We celebrated Sophie's Batmitzvah with the Chocolate Brunch at the Langham Hotel: http://www.langhamhotels.com/en/the-...chocolate-bar/
Attended a passover seder.
I estimate 1 million calories consumed. I went to bed at 8:00 pm feeling sick as a dog.
