Brake pipe rounded off!

How did you sort this in the end? Mines the same. Also the brake disc retaining screws where stuck solid ... Left it for another day at the movement

With brake disc screws. Hit them with a dot punch downwards on the left side of the head, then fit new Stainless steel ones, they are cheap enough on eBay

Best thing to do is use heat, getting it hot and then get a set of molegrips on it (I hate using molegrips, Devils tool but it worked)

Add a impact screwdriver to your toolbox, slight tap with that and they come off in no time.

I always thought pipe flaring tools were quite pricey - having looked for future reference there are cheapo £10 jobs on eBay, has anyone used them ?

drill the head off the screw
