Not the first time someone has had issues with a Berk HFC during emissions test.
I have never failed to get the car through an MOT with a Berk HFC .... even one where the substrate was loose and rattling around.
Nor me

Looking back at last years MOT when the berk was first installed, the readings were 0.16%, and 0.09%, the year before that with the standard cat, it was 0% on both?? so big difference, must of only just passed the first time with the berk high flow?

I think the max is 0.20%?

MAP Sensor ? dirty injector ? dirty plugs ?

I've a had 2 (maybe 3) straight passes with my Berk now - not sure on the exact figures though.

Not sure, but it would be interesting if anyone else can have a look at their figures and post them up!

Fast Idle Test
CO = 0.03 (less than or equal to 0.30 is a pass)
HC = 49
Lambda = 1

Natural Idle
CO = 0.32

I do pay attention to general cleaning of the throttle body, IACV, plugs, injector cleaner (Redline SI-1) for the tank before an oil change, valve clearances are spot on, etc

Would be interesting to see if you could log the long term fuel trim to see if its trying to pull the value down or not - Torque for Android can do it - see here for how it can help; http://www.easterncatalytic.com/educ...agnostic-tool/
