Compression Numbers & Other Issues

Compression Numbers & Other Issues
I bought a 2002 S2000 for an excellent price. I have always wanted one, and one became available that was a great deal.
I took it to get checked out today and a compression check:
1 - 100
2 - 75
3 - 75
4 - 90
1 Wet - 135
2 Wet - 110
3 Wet - 110
4 Wet - 125
I am having the valves adjusted next tuesday and all various rings/gaskets replaced (oil cooler o-ring, v-tech gaskets and hoses).
The only other major issue was the transmission has some vibration to it and they indicated 2nd gear grinds (I have not felt it in 4 days of driving it yet).
I replaced the spark plugs and ran some redline injector and fuel cleaner through it. I am also using 93 octane in it only.
I plan on changing the oil in it today or tomorrow.
Any other suggestions?
I would prefer not to have to throw a new motor/tranny in it. But at the price I was able to secure it for, it would still be worth it with the 5-6k cost.
Thanks for any tips or comments!

You never specified how the car was running. By those numbers, it should be barely running. If it's running great, I'd blame a faulty tester?
And how are you doing your compression test?
"Warm/hot engine
All spark plugs out
WOT
Injectors unplugged
DO NOT pull the fuel pump fuse. Injectors will still pulse and allow remaining fuel pressure to be sprayed into the cylinder, affecting the readings."

154k miles
It runs fine. It does idle rough and has a few shakes here and there, but that seems more tranny than engine. But when I drive it around, it doesn't make any odd noises or do anything funny outside of the rough idling.
It has stalled out while idling twice now. Have put about 500 miles on it and no real issues. I do think there is a lack of power below 3k RPM.
I paid a mechanic shop that I trust to do it.
Thanks!

Be sure and monitor your oil usage/burning with each gas tank fill up, until you get to know its amount. If your go through more then a whole quart in less then 1000 miles roughly 4 fill ups, you have some issues.
