Simplest solution - drop the roof (actually roof height isn't much of an issue in the S anyway) and take a lumber roll/support, as it can help taller people who don't fit the seats quite as precisely.

Beautiful scenery.

The roof up probably encourages taller people to try to peer under the windows/screen rail, thus making posture & ergonomics worse.

I reckon you ought to get a seat from a scrapper & some BYS rails - then it's a fairly quick job (four bolts and a sparky connector) to vary the height!
