Got any ideas about other routes to contact him since I don't seem to be able to through this website.

Does anyone have any experience with the shops in the Charlotte area and if so, are you willing to share your positive experiences and if you have the, any recommendations in the Charlotte would be welcome.
Well first off, thanks for the recommendations everyone!

Everyone has the issues of the top rubbing on the corners. It's a common wear area. That's one major reason I recommend the Robbins cloth tops is bc they come prepatched. It's only their cloth tops that are prepatched, not the vinyl. 90% of the tops I've done have been the Robbins cloth and I'm sure they'll agree with me, when I say it looks sooo much better than the OEM vinyl top. If you have any other questions, feel free to email me at TPhongprija@yahoo.com.

The cloth has a much better appearance overall and quiets more road noise and rain noise then the oem vinyl
