Ended up driving to Palmer on Hoosier a6's. Did a few 1.48's before I too had clutch issues. I blame the trackslut for infecting my car with this problem. Then drove home.

Tires didn't wear for shit. I still had all those rubber hairs on the tires, given they were flattened, but still there.

My fronts didn't really get warm at all with the 2.5 degrees of camber and the rear insides did get a bit too warm for my liking @ 3.0. Do I recommend it? Hell no. Driving on fresh Hoosier on the street is really something you shouldn't do. They track everywhere, they pull when you get in any groove, but if your as crazy as I am. Know that they won't wear out on the drive.

As for lost heat cycles, idk. They're not at track temp (180-200f) so they shouldn't go through a cycle. My fear is rocks puncturing a tire. Never seen any other tires tear in half the way a Hoosier will.

only reason i wouldnt do that is for fear of damaging the really expensive tire on the way to the track. or coming home
