do you have any calculation formula to check the oem bias?

But really, if your maintaining the stock tire sizing, you may not need a BBK at all, other then for bling factor. You may not be generating enough traction to generate heat/fade issues. I still track OEM brakes with 255/295 stagger, and air ducts mind you to help regulate. For my track they hold up reasonably. Im a heavy late braker, pushing them to the max as well. I probably should have a BBK but I make do without. They aint cheap.
This is the case for most brake kits though we decided to address the rear along with the front at the same time using an RX8 caliper in the back with custom relocation and adapter brackets with a larger front AP setup that we designed. As a full package it increases torque front and rear. There are many ways to slice brake design, but consistent performance being the goal, a solution like what we came up with is a complete fix to brake problems for the S2K.

so in my calculations the increase in front piston area and lower rear piston area gives me almost the same oem bias.

I thought one of the prime reason for using the OEM or RX-8 caliper in the rear was to maintain the parking brake. If making an adapter bracket, I would have thought PFC, AP, Wilwood and others would all have calipers that would work in the rear.

In off-road trucks and some Cobra kit cars (and presumably other kit cars) a parking brake on the drive shaft is used.

Correct, if you add our RX8 conversion rear kit you'll maintain roughly proper rear bias, as well as have a performance rear to match with a directional vented rotor (lots of benefits but I won't spam up your thread here). You can read about it more in our other threads... product link here. It contains everything to be full plug and play.
