the K&N FIPK seals against the underside of the bonnet and should dissipate heat better due to the design I reckon (just an idea). no idea how effectively it seals, but plenty of dynos been run on these and all show a power increase so the design must be doing something right.
I've got an alloycraft radiator cooling panel to fit. no idea if it will help heat soak (I will report back once its been on a month or so)..... if it doesn't, at least it looks good (main reason I bought it
