DIY Rear Quarter Panel Replacement

DIY Rear Quarter Panel Replacement
Hello All,
A while back I put my S2K into some barrels during an autocross run and ended up damaging the passenger side of the car. Front fender, passenger door, rocker, and rear quarter were all destroyed in the process. I've already replaced the front fender and passenger door. I bought a donor half car from a junk yard and drilled out the spot welds that surround the rear quarter panel and rocker.
I'll be starting to drill spot welds on my car soon and am looking for any advice to avoid getting myself into a bind. Should I put the car up on jack stands to make sure the car is level avoiding body twist? Are there specialty tools other than a spot weld bit and an air chisel I should be looking to get? The rear quarter and rocker came off the donor car in one piece so hoping to put them on without splitting them at the rocker seam. If there's any links, tutorials, videos, etc. of how people in the past may have done this, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Thank you for the link! I may have missed it, but what spot weld bit did you use on the damaged panel? I used a Harbor Freight one on the donor car and it worked well for that but I noticed the style of the one you used was different. Did the one you used cut the spot weld down as opposed to cut around it? Which would require grinding each weld down before putting the new panel on. Thanks again!
