Hello, This is perhaps my first post. I very recently got this car, mechanically sound, but needs a little TLC cosmetically. Previous owner says the wheels were damaged like this since the first tire change. Seeing if paint/wheels can be fixed short of a respray and re-diamond cutting the wheels. Thank you in advance for any recommendations. I know what happened to the paint. Wheels are a puzzle. Thank you again.

Wheels look like they have seen a few salty winters. You could strip them and refinish, but it would probably be easier to find some good used ones. AP1 wheels are cheap on Craigslist.
