New car detail
We are taking delivery of a new CRV EXL tomorrow. I plan to give it a wax soon and possibly polish. I always used Lexol products on the interior of my S2k so intend to continue that.
My question is what timeframe do I need to do this in (can I wait a little bit then polish/wax)? Do I even need to polish? When should I protect the leather right away or is there a protectant from the factory that I should leave on?
Realistically I don't have a ton of time, so my thought was we would drive it a couple weeks then I would do it all after the first wash
What do you guys typically do with new cars?

The best recommendation I can give is for you to pm Phil at DetailersDomain (our forum sponsor) and ask him this very same questions. He can give you a short list of products and their use on your cars interior/exterior.

Enjoy the CRV! We almost went with the HRV but NO POWER SEATS!!!! How spoiled have we become...but the CRV has come a long way in styling...
Cheers to the Civic Hatch, if and when the bring it to the US market...
