Default S2000 Gathering & Tech Day

Guys,
I would really like to have a gathering of current and former S owners at my new place. Come here for the day, hang out, do car stuff
Come here for the day, hang out, do car stuff. Well start around 9 and go till late afternoon.

My neighbor is a serious competition BBQer who competes all over the SE has agreed to do a pork butt for the event.

(link removed) - I'm In Huntsville, AL

Chris (SlowS2k) has agreed to come down and offer his skills for things like valve adjustments (reserve now, limit 4).

Update: The 4 Valve Adjustment spots have been filled.

I can offer my lift for fluid changes. I have tools to do just about anything (including axle nut, swaybar, shocks, timing chain tentioner, ...).

So here's some important notes:
We'll run from 9ish to late afternoon (come and go as you please).
It's first come first serve for lift use.
Bring whatever supplies (oil, filters, etc.) you'll need.
BBQ lunch provided.
Bring your beverage of choice.
In the interest of keeping the neighbors happy, please don't park in the street
(the 1700 block is too narrow). We but we're one house over from from the 1600 block (OK to park there).

Very nice of you to offer, John! I don't have any work I need to do on your lift (nor do I have an S ), but if it does happen on October 1st, I'll see you at Cars & Coffee and hang out at your place afterwards. Haven't seen you in a dog's age.

The only things mine currently need are Trans & Diff fluid changes.
A lift would make that much more pleasant.

I'd be down for a trip! When you say timing chain tensioner do you mean you can blast the original? or do you mean install a new one?

I'm interested. Fall fluids and I could polish my headlamps. I'll likely be in Alaska at least one week, but my calendar is free currently.
