I think you can do M3 DCT swap but not sure anyone has tried it. Was discussing with Romain recently.

If you're 'looking for something similar' then you can't get much further from an S2k box than a Toyota R154 or V160.

Both will take the power no problem, but they are awful agricultural things. No precision, slop and lacking feel. Polar opposite.

Helical gears are standard on pretty much every car made today. They are used because they are quiet. Straight cut gears whine their tits off, but they are stronger.
