Looking for any free app or software that can grab ITunes library and make another directory converting all to mp3.

Itunes will let you do it one song at a time for free, but when you have a huge library.......

Your best bet would be to use ffmpeg in a script with a for loop

The ffmpeg version must have the mp3lame encoder built in though
