Won't start. Please watch video.

By the way, decided to tap on the engine start button while driving. The solenoid does kick the gear to make contact with the flywheel. I can confirm this because you could hear it grinding a little when engine start is pressed. It's just not spinning.

Car is fixed. Turns out the smaller connection on the starter had corrosion or something.
Also, torqued the top bolt down to spec. Apparently if you completly remove the alternator you could directly see where the bolt is.

Only one of the bolts needs to be in the starter, I don't have a top starter bolt, been fine for 3 years so far. I bought the bolt, and planned to put it back in, but I just put a little extra torque on the lower one to hold me over, hasn't been an issue so I refrain from doing so out of laziness.

I did for like a week.

Can you hear the Bendix engage the flywheel when you apply external voltage to the solenoid? Check around 9:00 of this video:

Found the issue, bolt on the grounding cable from subframe to transmission was stripped and loosening up as I drive. Changed the bolt and torqued it down, car starts fine.

Good news. Hope this ends the starting issues.
