Default strange scratching type noise, Bearing?

Ok so today i replaced my belt and the two idle pulley bearings as i have had a strange scratching type noise and presumed it was the bearings from one of them, or my belt worn out, after replacing them i still have the noise, does anyone have any idea what it might be?

also to note, since going supercharged car has been overheating (on the dash) once you put your foot down and do some pulls, so i am beginning to wonder if it might be the water pump?

ok so i took the belt back off, and gave the water pump and the rest of the pulleys a bit of a spin, the pump does make a squeek noise when it slows down, but does not feel scratchy when you try and spin it, the rest of the pulleys feel fine with no movement etc.

Might only show up when under a sideways load from the tension of the belt. Would suggest a stethoscope or screwdriver to the earr next (carefully)
