RAIN H8R Service Thread
#11
After some consultation on the options for a new top with a glass rear window, Dustin did the replacement last week. He did a great job. I just wish he was a little closer to my house so that I could just drop my car off for all my repair needs. He was very professional and really knew his way around the Honda S2000.
He might be a little OCD but in a good way. I am just noticing some of the minor things he fixed and I am sure that I have missed many others. For example, while we were talking about the final delivery of my car, he noticed that the door latch on the passenger side was a little loose. He fiddled around with it until it tight and right. He also pointed out that lining in my trunk was off but he fixed it. He noted that the rain gutter was clogged but now had been cleaned out and admonished me to never park under any trees. But the thing that stands out in my mind, I noticed that my shifter was a little off when I bought the car. No matter, it seemed that I could adjust it when I had time. I noticed over the weekend that he had completely adjusted it and tightened it down. BTW. Called me on the road a few minutes from his garage, to note that the lugnuts on my wheels were not the acorns usually used on the wheels. Who does that? A guy who cares. That's who.
I plan on having this car for a long time and having a caring mechanic like Dusting will ensure that happens.
