It would be cake now. Especially with springs, adjusting the coil height really took a good amount of time that springs wouldnt take :)

Ok, question, I've got like a little over 2 finger gap up front and a little over 1 finger gap in the rear, is that abnormal?

As far as I know, the suspension is factory.

Look under the rear of your car and look at the color of your springs and if there not black then you probably have some type of aftermarket springs. If they are black then ... well all I can say is hopefully they werent cut. But check and see what color they are and we might be able to help you out with what spring they might be.

Eibach Federn is printed on the front springs.

Wow.....thought my car was stock.

Probably explains why I keep brushing the rear exhaust on speed bumps.

We will have to take a look at your car when we get together. It sounds like you may have aftermarket springs on the car. If the difference is that large between front and back the person doing the install may have gotten your front and back springs reversed.

Of course alot of aftermarket springs for the S do lower the car so that it sits level. This leaves a smaller rear gap than front gap and is usually intentional even though it looks a bit funny.

They are definately on backwards....the pro-kit from eibach is about a 1.3 front and 1.0 rear ( settled ). But you have a nice set of springs on your car. You can never go wrong with Eibach. Just switch them around and you should be set. Also I will be glad to help you with any information on the how-to spring install or if you need help with switching the springs maybe we can work something out for you. I would say if you were close by we could put it on the lift here and have it done in an hour. I was just thinking does your car look level? I know alot of people were concerned about the way the car sits w/ KG/MM springs on there car. The front seemed to have more of a gap then the rear but the car was still at level ride height.

The car doesn't look awkward to me...but hey, I've only owned this one, and I couldn't tell you if it's wrong. Perhaps swapping them around would be good, keep me from scraping the rear exhaust anymore.

I want to do the Ablabama :)/MC meet, so hopefully we can take a look at them then. And if we do decide to swap, I can plan another weekend to get out there to get it done, I'm not comfortable swapping springs at home, I know those spring compressors can kill you.:yikes:

Yeah we should be able to tell you if they are on backwards or not. If so then we can arrange like a weekend that you could come up and chill with us and switch the springs out for you. Any of us I am sure would be glad to help you. I live near the Tenn/Ky border which is about 25 min. outside of nashville so if you wanted to make the extra drive to a small town ( hehe I promise its not that bad ) we can put it on my friends lift and yes I said lift. Its about a $10K lift so switching them will not take any longer than an 45min. - 1 hr. I have already had to take mine off twice to put the Konis on so its really not that bad. D_S_R has also had quite a bit of experience with the spring install as well.
