Why not push the trunk open key while moving? Anyone see this as a problem? I would think that all it would do is unlatch the trunk. It may rise a bit when stopped but if in motion, it will probably stay mostly down. Am I missing something?
In a panic stop situation, it will open-up very suddenly.

Can I unlock the passenger door w/ the fob when the key is in the ignition?

Just curious.

I disconnected the secondary hood latch. No more two steps to open my hood. Best mod ever. ;D Kidding guys, I guess I just never need to open my trunk with the car running. What do you guys need to get with the car on anyways?

Awesome post, thanks man! I posted this question in the electronics section and no one really knew the answer or maybe they don't know what I was asking........

I have a turbo timer on my car and right now I have to wait for the timer to run out before I can use the key fob to lock my doors - THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR - THANKS SO MUCH!

preppyS2000 : Anyone confirm / deny why this did not work for this poster? Did he do something wrong?

So we know this mod works right? haha

s4play,

i think it did not work for me because my car has the optional factory alarm system.

but if anyone with the factory alarm has gotten this mod to work please let me know!
