Yup, we have immobilisers here, so on the older Spoon ECU's you had to disable it using a wire into the ECU.

I think the CEL is caused by the Spoon ECU not using the secondary air pump....

correct the check engine is for the immobilizer. I have a spoon ecu for sale if anyone wants it. PM me
