Since noone else has replied I can tell you. I set up the Atlanta list and the reason you can't view your list is because you aren't on it. There is only 1 member on the Metro NYC list and since they haven't set the option so that anyone can view the list that means that only badge members can see it. Once you are on the list and have the badge then you can view the list.

There is an option in the set up of the list to make it possible for anyone to see it but that's up to the person doing the updating.
