Took my s2k to the track for the first time last night. Keep in mind this is the first time i have ever launched a rwd car. I am used to my integra which has had many setups from 400whp running 11.0s to all motor gsr running 13s.

Only got 3 runs in due to it being packed since the track has been closed for 3 weeks due to weather. But damn this thing is hard to launch compared to my integra lol.

AP1 with just a k&n intake ran 14.6@98 bogging had a horrible 2.4 60'

I tend to ride the clutch, that way I know I'm not shell shocking the diff. I know it increases clutch wear but you can drive home on a slipping clutch not on a broken diff

going to the track tommorow (if weather permits). This will be my first time at the track with a rwd car. Any tips/advice would be appreciated. From what i read through these posts, slipping the clutch is the the safest bet. Any suggestions around what rpms? Seems like it ranges from 4-7k depending on the driver/setup.
