Looks interesting. What makes the 135 different than the 335?

apparently not much...

same 335i engine, slightly lighter, and a better price point... apprently the M3 is going to be V8 with the introduction of the 1 series.

yeah its coming to Canada too (tho not sure if we get BOTH engines), see details and pics here:

http://edbmw.com/blog/2007/06/28/bmw-135i-...l-press-photos/

looks like it will be a very sweet car for the price...tho i wonder how much the more powerful one will be over the base (which is still good). id rock one for sure.

"On sale in the spring of 2008, the 1 Series Coupe will be available in two versions; the 128i and the 135i. Powered by a 3.0-liter, 230 horsepower inline 6-cyinder engine that generates 200 lb-ft of torque, the 128i Coupe will feature Valvetronic valvetrain management and aluminum/magnesium contruction

nice to see the 3-series power plant in this, albeit in a fuglier shell (maybe pix don't do it justice, gotta see it in person for myself)

i wonder how much lighter it is than its big bro.

Nice car, there is a video of the GTi vs the 135i somewhere on youtube. Is the 135i FWD?
