I think it's not that much lighter than the E90. It has the exact same dimension and wheelbase as the RX-8, so it's going to be a smaller-looking car. The question is would you be able to live with the perception of driving a poseur Bimmer, even though it is one of the fastest Bimmer ever.

agreed. thats one of the factors... id buy the car for the driver's experience and not because of the "BMW" name, i want to get away from being name branded... it looks to be a well built machine and thats what counts in my book.

I looks nice but what's with the huge nose/headlights? The front end of the 335i looks much better imo..

You guys are behind the times, we Prairie Redliners have been talkin about this for weeks! Not a bad machine, in my opinion! Definite size difference between the 135 and the 335. Backseat on the 135 looks big enough for a duffel bag or maybe a kid or a Marta.
