Hey, that Suzuka blue car I described, the details may not be completely accurate as I only see this car from my office on the top floor.....is this your car Matt Houston? It likes like yours according to the photo you have posted.....let me know.

I work in Maryland Farms, my Berlina has BBS LMs but I rarely drive the car to work. I see a Silverstone all the time parked near my work. Is that you Mark? It is in the buildings to the right of Pei Wei. I work at 5210.

Perhaps that is me, I am only a block from PeiWei and Starbucks. I have not seen your car around however....your car looks great and I would have recognized it.

Also, check out my meet date in the Music City forum. I am organizing a meet next week Sunday in Spring Hill. Please come out if you have the time...would like to meet you in person.

Cheers! And hope to see you soon.

Mark

Noper, not me. I used to work at Gallagher in Maryland Farms but I work in Antioch now.. I do come out to MF sometimes for lunch, though, but the S2K isn't my daily driver these days.

Lol that ap1 with the single was me. I just got my car tuned yesterday. I think they upped my fuel pressure too much to make power, but now it backfires a lot.

They did what they could. I have a few issues with my car to work out. I'm going to bring it back to have them try and smooth it out a bit more.

What do you have done to your car?

well, as we speak, I'm getting a top-end rebuild done.
BC Stage 2 cams, BC valve springs/retainers, BC factory spec valves, and I'm debating on which head gasket to go with.
but my friend said that Performance Concepts will do 3 pulls and tuning for $150. that about right?

I'm just running an AFC Neo at the moment. I really need to get a better EMS. The Neo does not provide enough controls to smooth out my Air/fuel ratio.

 Sounds like a really good list of mods you have going.

I paid a lot to have my car "tuned" - $440 :eek3: But they did have my car on the dyno for 3 hours and did countless pulls on it. I am not real happy with it's current state. I'm going to bring it back to them to try to smooth it out a little more. It's not really their fault. My car has a few issues I need to iron out.

yeah, I'm really excited about it!!!
hopefully I'll have it back within the next 2 weeks.
anyone have any suggestions as to what headgasket I should go with (NA setup)? I'm thinkin I'll just stick with OEM, but I'm not sure.

Golly, tuning does cost more out here. LA ran me $120/hr in 2001.

Spotted: bone stock early AP2, Sebring or Silverstone, downtown, near the Wachovia building. Saw a red early AP2 somewhere downtown yesterday too (Pete--wonder if you saw it--we were walking back from our company-wide meeting at TPAC).

Has anyone seen another S on the road, start to wave at them, then realize you're not driving your S? :D

Spotted on the way back from the airport: AP2 w/ version OE 1 wheels. Silverstone I think, w/ OE front lip. Top up. Located on Harding Road E/B near the Nashville Athletic Club (NAC), itself near I-24.

In Brentwood:
In the TJ Max, Kroger, Subway, TCBY, etc Shopping center, Laguna AP2. Seemed to be stock.
In an office building lot on that back street from that shopping center, Lowered NFR AP1 with black AP1's running Hoosiers. Had a Mugen badge on the trunk too.
