Bill,

I am having the TCT problem. It is DRIVING ME INSANE! I have done a lot of research and sounds like a modified one from you would be the best choice. I am not sure of the difference on the Generations. If you could though recommend what I would need and shipping to 30114.

Thanks!
Tom

Hi Billman
are you interested in shipping a TCT to Australia?
Please let me know how much for one delivered to Brisbane Australia, if you are.

Regards

Hi,

I'm in the UK. Can you tell me what the cost would be for a modified TCT for my S2000? I understand you do a part exchange as well. How does that work?

Thanks.

Andy

Hi Bill,
I'd be interested in one of the modified TCTs shipped to 23464. What's the difference between the generations and how much?

Thanks,
Paula

Hey Billman,

I have an 05 with 38,500 mi. on it. How much do you charge for your once over? Also, let me know how much you'd charge to put in a set of Brian Crower cams? Can it all be done in one day? I'd becoming in from CT.

Hey BIll, just going to post up my list here so I can keep track, this needs to get done before the Dragon of 2013, probably in the fall, just figured it would be easier to keep track of scheduling.

Car info: 2003 AP1, 46500 miles, Greddy Turbo, Bill installed ACT clutch and flywheel.

List of work needed:

1) Buzzing coming from the clutch under decel, but a high pitched noise. Clutch/PP/TOBearing replacement if needed. Flywheel inspection and replacement if necessary.
2) AP2 retainer upgrade and valve adjustment (I guess they go hand in hand right.) Replace valve cover gasket, spark plug gaskets, basically all rubber in there.
3)Tap oil pan for a turbo return line (if you can do this. If not, it's cool) including new line hookup.
4)Install OEM sock on Walbro fuel pump. The Walbro sock interferes with the gauge arm, not allowing the gas display to go below 1/4 tank.
5)Inspect suspension points for proper tightness.
6)Inspect motormounts and if necessary, replace, same with tranny mounts. OEM mounts only.
7)Fluid change, diff, clutch, and gravity bleed with ATE Gold (I have blue in there now.)
8) Inspect/adjust throttle and clutch cables/freeplay.
9) Replace OEM belt. It's been almost 10 years, probably about time.
10) Coolant flush. Again, been 10 years, probably about time. I don't remember if we did it last time or not.
11) Inspect sparkplugs and replace if necessary (provided by me).

That's all I have for now, but will add to the list as I think of stuff. No need to schedule anything now, just keep me on the back burner. :)

Hi Bill, brand new member from the UK here.

Been reading this thread with great interest, very impressed with your knowledge and the amount of kudos given to you.

Just to add to your ever-growing list of customers, I need a modified TCT shipped to the UK if possible.
My S2K sounds like a bag of old spanners and I'm loathed to by a new TCT from Honda.

Many thanks in advance,
Fingers crossed etc etc
John
PLEASE NOTE: THE STEERING WHEEL IS ON THE CORRECT SIDE

Massive thumbs up  and kudos to Bill, his modified part made it all the way from USA to UK.
Fitted it in 30 mins and works a treat.

Not that anyone needs any assurance, but Bill did a valve adjustment and put AP2 Keepers on my car, as well as put in my intake and did Axel nut TSB.

Quick, great work, car runs more more quietly and noticeably more powerful. Thanks!
