You can buy glass window tops from Honda (~$2500) or Robbins in the US (~$900 landed).

Conversion takes about 10 hours (although I reckon Mad could knock one over in 5 these days).

Thx~but many people in this forum says genuine honda glass top will not fit the plastic top model 99-01 they will only fit glass top model 02-08 because they have different frame.
I had heard about Robbins top~~~Just try to get more info about this~~

And many people would be right.

A Robbins top won't fit either, unless you modify the frame.

Modifying the frame is a matter of riveting some elastic straps to the bars.

Now all these answers are here on this board. It is only a search button away.

Search is your friend, I have about 3 threads on this Aus section alone about the conversion.

Thanks for the comments. I may get another seat to balance the interior, but yes, its harder to get out and that wont appeal to or fit many passengers lol. They are very expensive too. I have other mods to do first.

AP2 headlights, OEM clear indicators, new strikers, wheels undecided on choice yet, possibly another bride seat to match.

I need some track time too!

looking at these pics ( car is looking tight btw MAD  ) , its really hard to say i have a "fav" colour for the S2000 .

when i was shopping for mine, i loved Silverstone/red , but when i saw the NFR in the flesh , i instantly fell in love and bought it . And MAD's car just re-confirms that .

But then i also love our Indy Yellow , but Berlina black is a classic and you cant go pass MCB either.

its a great car / shape and looks fking hawwwt in any colour

Oh and berlina black aint a colour its a full time job!

Just ordered Raybrig H1 headlight 4400k hi beam bulbs, and the 4400k parkers white light FTW!

Haha the Bride seat looks very nice and at home.. it look like the S2K seat but on sTeRoIdS! I like a lot....

Good set of mods coming up MAD

And yeah.. the berlina is "a full time job" - but worth the result when looked after

Thanks vyets, the leather is not smooth like the oem, and it grips heaps.

I used to take a corner on the way home and have to hold the handbrake to stay in the car lol. Now I can just chuck the car and the seat holds. Makes the car feel more stable, cos you can feel what its doing more under you.

I think the centre being mesh helps too, it is really comfy, and you wont sweat as much as you do with leather.

The rails cost me $250 and the seat to source new are about $1350 landed. Its a nice compromise seat, comfy and holding at the same time, oh and full access to compartment and no rubbing on the door trim like some.

brides are only red, black, or blue. I love the red stitching detail.
