anyway, just wondering, why did u not use spacers with studs installed for the fronts? is there a reason why you installed extended studs? safety issue?
Good question so please refer to this picture I posted earlier:

The reason I used EXTENDED STUDS and a spacer is because my final wheel I will be using on my s2000 is the OEM NSX wheel and if you look in the pictur above, that wheel DOES NOT have the recessed holes for the oem studs which will protrude past a 15mm integral wheel spacer as it will hit the wheel.

It will work fine for an oem ap2 rim if that is your final rim but for me, I will need the extended studs for the NSX oem wheel

L-X: I think it's the angle I took the picture at but the first picture is 15mm and the second picture is 25mm....

not to highjack this thread but I think you should post a couple pics of your car before the incident to show him what you mean.
I would but I don't want to completely derail this thread. I have plenty of spare cash that I could spend on some Works, or BBS, or bling bling JDM's but I honestly prefer my V1's

Thanks for all the info s4play. I'll be ordering some spacers for myself very soon!

i'm running a 255 project kicks spacer on my rears but i cut my inner fender trim and i relocated my bumper bolt. i have no rubbing issues and my car is what i consider lowered, and what i mean by lowered is there is not wheel gap my car isn't "kinda lowered" or "where i live my road are messed up so i got minimal drop" LOL! when i finally get around to getting my new wheels i will lower it a bit more so that it's "DUMPT!" DUMPT= tucking tire on 17's

oh i gotta post up some pics asapso you guys can see. i dont have anyright now because i have this thing with posting pics of my car stock "with just a drop. People should really cutback on posting pic's of their stock cars LOL!

Not true.

I can afford pretty much any set of aftermarket wheels I want.

But on a Rio I am having a hard time finding a nicer aftermarket wheel. It's the yellow thats making it hard for me to choose.

I think my ap2 v2's look great with half finger gap all they way around and 15mm spacers. 225/255's
yellow is just as easy to match wheels with as silver, black, orange, blue whatever.

what you consulting rainbow brite or something? pls. man up and make a decision.

Do you rub at all? Did you have to do any fender mods?

Thanks

Been running 15mm front and 20mm rear for about a year. On Espelir springs, had to relocate bumper tab in the rear and cut down the rear bumper where it was rubbing, stock AP2 tires. Not really any good pics though.. wish I had gone 20mm front and 25mm rear, and coilovers.
