Hey I also have a 2006 honda accord coupe 4 cyl. and my stock bumper has duel exhaust cut outs, but one side has a exhaust cap that could be removed and installed again really easy. I don't know if that would work but its worth a look. If its any help.
Hope that helps. I was going to go AP1 bumper, but if you think about it the bumper will cost anywhere from $150-200, the cap $125 and to paint it for $250 unless you get lucky with the color you need in perfect condition. That is almost $500-600 and for that price I got the custom job done. And you can sell you AP2 bumper, but this would all be a hassle IMO!

maybe its just me but it evens out the rear with duals
