I have to disagree with this one:
If you have grinding, yes, new MTF may help, but why is Honda MTF the product listed? I ask because I've tried it and GM Syncromesh FM, and for my S, the GMSFM works better. From what I've read here, it appears that some S2000s respond better to the GM fluid, some the Honda fluid, so I wouldn't just list Honda MTF.
I'd also add, "my S just started having a strong raw gas smell out of the exhaust, and I don't have a test pipe." Its either a bad catalytic converter, warrantied to 7 yrs/100k mi, or the ECU is running the engine rich. The engine will run rich if you are driving the car hard under certain high-humidity. high temp situations. If normal driving doesn't resolve the issue, take out the O2 sensor when cold and see if the cat filament is lose, broken up - you may have a bad cat.

Keep the suggestions coming.
As for the Syncromesh fluid, I try to recommend what's been used and proven to keep the factory warranty. This is why I didn't add it.
