man the digi dash has been out for awhile but they were crude looking and had a tron feel to it.

That looks similar, maybe that's a later model C4? I ould only find pics of the early 90's c4. They had an analog tach on the left, and a huge lcd in the middle.

If I remember right, from my few test drives, it was multifunction, could show fuel, temp, rpms (but always had mph shown). I could be wrong it's been 6 or 7 years since I've driven one
