BC Racing Coilovers Calling all owners

Could any UK owners with BC Racing coilovers comment on what spring rates they chose and what the pros and cons were?
I've read the comments from the US and they seem to think that the std 12/10kg rates that BC's come with are fine, but from what I can gather, they might be a bit hard for UK roads.
I'm not planning to use my car on track for the forseeable future, so I want the bias towards A & B road use, but I want it stiffer than the std my05 set-up.
Any help very welcome.
Cheers,

I think you would prefer something more complient?
Renault and Ford are working on a new small car for women.
Its a combo car --
Theyre starting with the Renault "Clio".
Then adding luxury features from the Ford "Taurus".
The result will be sold as the "Clitaurus".
It only comes in pink.
The main benefit of the new hybrid: the average car thief wont be able to find it, even if someone tells him exactly where it is.

They had 6.3kg/mm springs.
I like an agressive setup which is why I have the 10/10kg/mm on the Teins
7kg/mm would be perfect for what I think you are after :)

I am hopefully planning to purchase coilovers, likely BC Racing, in next month.
My car is used daily covering both A & B roads so ideally do not want anything too harsh/stiff.
Regarding the spring rates, would you guys recommend higher spring rate at the rear (10kg Rear / 8kg Front) or a even rate all round (10kg/10kg) ?

I don't like change, I'm still calling you Spykee or Spike for short :)

I see some people have opted for higher spring rate at rear, i.e. 12kg with 10kg front. What is the benefit of having stiffer spring at rear?
At the moment I am thinking 10kg Rear and 8kg front simply as car is used daily. Anyone with this setup, opinions appreciated.

Thats the MeisterR standard spring rate settings, seemed good for daily use with the damping set to 15/30 clicks.
Thanks for the info on the BC spring rates, I thought that was the case but didn't like to say as I was unsure
