I got one from ebay for like $5 shipped a few years ago. Just powder coated it textured black and keeps it nice and hidden while not looking rusted.

But seriously, this is a cheap "upgrade" that is worth it because the thing rusts and looks crappy. Sanding it... it'll rust right back in a few days or so and these things are cheap, did I mention they are like $10? (a.k.a. cheap)

Also, I used double sided tape on mine and it stayed on through 2 track events and 150+ mph speeds. I bet even if I didn't use the tape it'd still be there.

Is that an "Intel Inside" sticker on your cover?
Also, what's that damper-looking thing attached to your strut?

It's probably the "Skunk2 Inside" logo skunk2 uses.

That bracket is an engine torque dampener aka ETD.

I got one, too. Mine's silver, like the battery tie-down I have too. Both from ebay.

My OEM tie-down was all paint-chipped and rusted, and the OEM VTEC solenoid cover looks like @ss.

So, I got these accessories to cheer up the engine bay. Are they bling? Yes, of course. Do they look good? Why, yes.
