I'm in the same boat. I bought on 10/12, didn't receive any follow up, and have had no luck contacting with the site form, email, and FB Messenger. I'll wait a little bit before starting a dispute.
Messaged many different methods and even directly to Ryan on FB Messenger and no response. It's been months since then and long since filed dispute. Updated on 1/28/2019.

Haven’t got any information about the diffuser I ordered from moddiction , don’t feel like losing out 835$ ... got a conformation and money got taken out of account but haven’t got shipping info yet. And messages through email and said “having trouble with website” and haven’t gotten a response since .
