Thumbs up Window won't go up or down on passenger side!

I did a continuity test across the motor and across the leads going back into the car and it checked out, but I don't know what else I need to trouble-shoot or if that cont. check actually tells me anything useful.

Any suggestions? Can't get through the car wash!!

Thanks!
