Announcing the Third Annual Fall Crawl 2011

NES2KO (New England S2000 Owners) will sponsor the Third Annual Fall Crawl Event to be held in Historic Sturbridge Massachusetts. The event will be held September 30 - October 2, 2011.

We are pleased to announce pricing for this years event will be the same as last year. Event registration for the driver is $63 and for the passenger is $58. There will be two payment options during the registration process either Paypal or Check. Event registration will close at Midnight Monday September 26.

Online Event Registration

Registration includes:
Drivers registration includes event itinerary and maps along with commemorative magnet, badge, and lanyard. Box lunch during drive on Saturday with your choice of Ham and Cheese or Turkey with chips and bottle water. Passenger registration is the same as the drivers less the itinerary, maps, and magnet.

Dinner buffet on Saturday night to include:
Dinner rolls
Chefs recommended potato and seasonal vegetable
Chicken and wild rice soup
Caesar Salad with garlic croutons and fresh grated parmesan
Spinach Salad with goat cheese and strawberries
Garlic and spinach ravioli in tomato vodka cream sauce
Breast of chicken stuffed with apples and cranberries in a cider cream sauce
Roast sirloin of beef with caramelized sherried onions
Assorted desserts
Coffee and tea
Cash Bar

Hotel
Location: Sturbridge Host Hotel at Cedar Lake .

The block of rooms will be released September 9, 2011
Room cost: $102.00 per night plus tax.

Kings Size Bed
Two Double Size Beds

The room block is closed and registration for the hotel online is no longer available. However, call the hotel at: 1.800.582.3232 and make the reservation, let them know you are part of the NES2KO Event and if they have a room they will give you the rate.

I will be back. Had a fantastic time, FLA-Vyk and possible + 1 (Sue is checking on time off). I will be staying with my son unless the location changes to somewhere other than Sturbridge. He only lives 15 mintues from there.

Yeah it was a great time, people are great! Route last year was better then the year before and I can imagine it only getting better! :) Three words for some of the sections... Narrow... Curvy.... Fast :burnrubr:
