Hello fellow down-under members! It is often not cheap getting oversized items in to Australia or New Zealand because shipping prices are through the roof when you start to deal with large boxes. And, because the services are limited, it is often hard to get items in quickly.
We have a container leaving Japan for an estimated (at best) arrival at the end of March in Brisbane. From there, all items are sent out overland to you.
It is very cheap to use our container to ship oversized items. About half the price of normal LCL freight.
If you want something big or heavy (or small! Take advantage of cheap shipping) then ask right away. Some things (specifically body kits) have lead times and need to be with us before the container ships so it is best to sort it now!
Oversized items include:
* Cages
* Hoods
* Bumpers / Spoilers
* Diffusers
* Exhausts
* Seats
* Side Steps
* Boots
* Wings
* Hard Tops
* etc
Heavy items include
* Coilovers
* Brake Rotors
* Differentials
* etc
As an example, Rotors are between 14-20kg (normally) attracting AU$300+ in air freight. In our container they're about AU$70.
Exhausts are roughly AU$290 + Port Fees (AU$500 up total?) but with the container they're about AU$220 delivered.
Hard tops are the same - super expensive to ship - with the container they are AU$300.
Also, as we control the container, you work with us. Not a 3rd party shipping company that is hard to work with if something goes wrong.
Anyway, this is a good chance to shed some cost from the parts you want and you'd be silly to miss out. Get your shopping list together and hit me up for a price!
