As the summer is quickly approaching, I would like to get my front fenders and front bumper re-painted. Anyone know the approx cost it would be? I figured I would save a bit on some labor as they charge like an hr to take off each fender, takes me 10 minutes.......

I would even prep it myself, but don't have the space to do it..

it depends on the shop, but expect to pay around 1k.

a good estimate is:

500 for bumper
250 for each fender

Joey, when/if you find a good shop in North Jersey, and you are happy with the work, let me know. I desperately need my front bumper repainted.

$1000 or a little less seems to be the standard rate for that. By me everyone wants about $400 for front bumper with lip. Got quoted $1000 for front bumper, lip, hood, fenders, mirrors and blend doors a little.

I've had a $2,000 paint job on the front end (bumper, fenders, hood) and a $800 one. The quality on the paint on the $2,000 paint job, they claim, is far superior than the cheaper version. To me, I couldn't tell the difference. If I had to do it over again I'd save me the $1200 and go for the better deal.

You get what you pay for?!?! Whatever. Save it. Go with the cheaper guy that does good work.

Hey Joey, I'm actually getting my whole painted soon back to berlina black. Being as my father is a professional painter, he will be doing my work. I can possibly get all these parts painted for you atbthe time I do mine for $800. most likely I'll have left over paint, so if it's enough, well do yours too. If not, then paint shouldn't be that much considering we get a pretty good discount from Finishmaster.

Let me know if that sounds good for you.

Yeah. The quotes you will get will be based on the materials used in the modification process. When I went to the shop near our place, they gave me quotation based on the materials that I picked, which is good because I get to choose. I don't really like the cheap ones because of its poor and unreliable quality. So even if it will cost me a bit, I am assured that its of good quality.
