Default 5857 to GT35 on Mase turbo kit

I just wanted to know if someone did it ?

My 5857 blewed up and I want to change the turbo for a Garrett.

I wanted to but there's no guarantee that it will bolt up to the existing charge piping without fabrication. I went with a 6262 instead for 100% fitment.

Do you know why your 5857 went out?

I think that I'll go with a 30r and .82r for the exhaust side. The problem is that I'll have to change the flange on the downpipe for sure.

I think that the 5857 went out because I bought it used with no oil restrictor, and that's exactly what the company where I brang it said....

They do. 5862 with a B, E and SP cover. Journal and ball bearing configurations.

How mich power do u want? If 500 or less just buy another 5857.
